Challenge: reverse logistics operation to repair boards and equipments following “LSS” concept– pick-up, identification, documentation, stock control, shipment to supplier, and returning of repaired goods.
Solution: Exclusive staff to plan and execute the reverse logistics focused on RMAs management – reserve logistics to ship boards and equipment to be repaired or replaced. At present, the reverse logistics involves around 100 processes monthly, including end-to-end planning and execution.

Challenge: Logistics operation to transfer a manufacturing unit installed in Michigan - EUA following “LSS” concept, including project planning and execution and all related steps.
Solution: A team was created to form a complementary and cohesive teamwork, ensuring a successful fullfilment of proposed items:
- Equipment identification;
- Evaluation;
- Technical report design;
- Authorization of Brazilian Government;
- A Brazilian technical team was allocated at customer facility to start a disassembly work;
- Packaging and transport using 110 lowboy trailers with special escort (once it is oversized equipment), from Houston Port (EUA) to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil;
- Packaging and roadway, railway and sea transport, throughout cities of Chicago, Jacksonville, and Rio de Janeiro;
- Customs clearance in Brazil;
- Technical delivery at facilities in Brazil.
Challenge: molds transfer used in sailboats production from Italy to Santa Catarina, Brazil.
